Maintenance
LYS ensures ongoing standard maintenance of your vessel by means of daily or weekly visits according to your specification. The company provides continuous verification of all on-board systems, periodic battery check and recharging, start-up of the vessel’s air conditioning and ventilation systems, engine and generator start-up, pump, head, vacuum systems function verification, winch, block-and-tackle and windlass maintenance, etc. On-board maintenance work as well as external and internal cleaning are also taken care of.
With LYS, you have all the advantages of a permanent crew without the fixed costs that would normally be involved.
"Call & Go" Service
Whether you’re heading out for a weekend sail or a long summer cruise, a simple phone call to LYS will suffice to ensure that your boat is ready for the voyage upon your arrival.
At departure, all staterooms will be in order, all safety checks will have been carried out, the galley and fridge will be ready for even the most demanding trip. Upon your return, LYS staff will take over your boat and will clean, tidy and prepare it for the next voyage.
SOS Cruise
On a long cruise it can happen that vessel and crew can get into trouble due to technical glitches or various unexpected events that often set an early end to the voyage. LYS provides you with an emergency telephone number, available round the clock, to help you solve any problem anywhere on the Mediterranean.
Insurance
To help you obtain the most advantageous insurance policies, LYS has close working agreements with the most important brokers specialising in yacht insurance.
Berth reservation
Once you have decided on your float plan, LYS will advance book berths for you in any Mediterranean port of call.
Supplies
LYS will deliver your shopping directly on board ship: food and beverages, cleaning products and toiletries, but also, upon request, specially selected gourmet products (wines, champagne, caviar, fresh oysters, pastries and confectionery, etc).
On-board equipment
LYS guarantees fastest delivery of any shipboard equipment.
Flower arrangements
LYS can deliver flowers and plants on board ship; upon request, a staff member will go on board to created special arrangements designed based on the yacht’s ambience and furnishings.
